B&W Outdoor.cases Type 2000 Black / Empty
B&W Outdoor.cases Type 2000 Black / Empty | A hard case for protected transport
Loose gear in an everyday bag can be exposed to knocks, dust or rain during a journey or while in storage. The B&W Outdoor.cases Type 2000 is a hard case for carrying and storing equipment when it needs more protection. It suits photographers and other gear owners who want a dedicated case for moving equipment between locations or keeping it stored between uses. This is the black, empty version, so you decide what goes inside rather than receiving it pre-filled with equipment. Its purpose is straightforward: give your gear a protective outer case for transport and storage where bumps, dust or rain are a concern. It’s a practical option when an ordinary bag isn’t the level of protection you want. Keep in mind that the case is supplied empty, so you’ll need to provide and arrange the contents yourself.
Specialist Note
“Does the Type 2000 come with gear inside?” No, this version is empty, so you choose what to carry and pack it yourself. I’d point it out to someone who wants a hard case for moving equipment that shouldn’t be left exposed to knocks, dust or rain. Use it to carry gear between locations, or keep that equipment together in storage between outings. The hard-case format is the reason to choose it over simply carrying gear loose: it’s intended for the rougher demands of transport and storage. One sensible limit: don’t read rain protection as permission to leave the case out in a downpour.
