B&W XEEN CF Case | Hard-case protection for transport and storage

Knocks, dust and rain can make transporting or storing camera gear a worry. The B&W XEEN CF Case is a hard case for keeping gear protected when it needs to go from place to place or be put away. It suits photographers and crews who want a more protective option than carrying equipment loose, particularly when the journey or storage spot could be rough on it. Use it to keep gear contained during transport, or as a dedicated place to store it between uses. Its purpose is straightforward: help protect equipment from the everyday knocks and exposure that can happen while it’s being moved or stored. This is a practical case for those times when keeping your gear sheltered matters more than quick access. It’s designed around protection in transit and storage, rather than carrying equipment ready to use.

Specialist Note

For a two-stage routine—moving your gear, then putting it into storage—I’d consider the B&W XEEN CF Case when protection is the priority. It’s a hard case, so it gives you a dedicated barrier around equipment rather than leaving it loose during transport. The intended use also takes in knocks, dust and rain, which makes it relevant for moving gear between locations or storing it somewhere less than pristine. I’d keep the equipment inside the case for those parts of the day when it’s exposed to handling or the surroundings. It’s aimed at protecting gear in transit and storage, not keeping it instantly accessible while you work.
