CoreSWX Renegade XL Mobile Power Station 1376WH Li-ion Battery System

CoreSWX Renegade XL Mobile Power Station 1376WH Li-ion Battery System | A substantial mobile energy reserve

The 1,376Wh capacity is the defining detail of the CoreSWX Renegade XL: this is a mobile power station built around a sizeable store of energy, rather than a small spare battery. It suits camera and video teams who need a portable source of power for a production setup and want to plan around a clear capacity figure. Its lithium-ion battery system is the core of the product; the Renegade XL name identifies the model, while “mobile power station” describes its role. That makes it most relevant when carrying power with you matters and a larger reserve is more useful than a pocket-sized battery. One honest point: capacity alone doesn’t tell you how long a particular setup will run. The connected equipment’s draw matters too, so it’s worth estimating that before deciding whether this capacity suits your working day.

Planning your power needs

For a useful estimate, add up the power requirements of the equipment you expect to run, then consider how many hours you’ll need it powered. The result gives you a starting point for comparing your needs with the station’s capacity. In practice, allow some headroom rather than planning right up to the calculated limit; actual runtime can vary with the connected load and the power path. This is a practical way to assess a station of this size without guessing at a runtime that depends on your particular setup. If your needs change between shoots, run the calculation for your most demanding planned setup, not just your lightest one.
