The DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan for the DJI Avata 2 avails three replacement units at a nominal extra charge within the year. The coverage extends to a wide range of accidents, offering you increased peace of mind.

It's important to note that:

  • DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) may be tied to a DJI aircraft previously purchased only under the following conditions; if the aircraft is brand new and not yet activated, or if the aircraft was activated within the last 48 hours.
  • Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, your service contract will be forwarded to you via email. DJI Care Refresh will automatically bind to your product and becomes effective within 24 hours of purchase.
  • DJI Care Refresh and the correlating product must be procured from the same country/region, as DJI Care Refresh benefits can only be enjoyed within the same region it was purchased.
  • Each time a replacement request is made, you'll be getting a unit that is either brand new or equivalent to new, in terms of performance and reliability.
