Godox LE200BI Black Litemons Bi Colour LED Video Light

Godox LE200BI Black Litemons Bi Colour LED Video Light | Continuous bi-colour light for video

For video work where you want a visible, continuous light source and a choice of colour tone, the Godox LE200BI Black Litemons Bi Colour LED Video Light is a bi-colour LED video light. It suits video creators setting up a simple lighting position at home, in a studio or on location, especially when the colour of the light matters to the look of a shot. The LE200BI is best considered for shaping the overall feel of a scene with continuous light, rather than as a flash for still photography. Its bi-colour design gives you a way to work with different colour tones, which can help when you want the light to sit more naturally with the surroundings or prefer a warmer or cooler look. The name is refreshingly clear about the essentials: it’s a Godox Litemons light, finished in black, and made for video.

How to think about a bi-colour video light

A continuous light lets you see the effect as you set up your shot, so you can judge the light on the subject and in the frame before recording. That makes this kind of light useful for planned video scenes, talking-head footage and other setups where you can place a light and keep it on while you work. The bi-colour detail is the key point here: it gives you colour-tone options to consider alongside the rest of the scene. If you’re choosing lighting for a particular room or style, think about whether that flexibility suits the look you want. No need to overcomplicate it; the useful question is simply what colour of light will make sense in your shot.
