Hahnemühle DFA Photo Rag 308GSM 111.8cmx12m

Hahnemühle DFA Photo Rag 308GSM 111.8cmx12m | Wide-format photo paper

The defining choice here is the 308 gsm weight: it’s a clear starting point when you’re selecting photo paper for a print job. Hahnemühle’s DFA Photo Rag comes as a roll measuring 111.8 cm by 12 m, so it suits photographers and print studios who need this wide format rather than a pack of individual sheets. Its named Photo Rag paper is the central reason to consider it; the title also gives you the weight and roll dimensions you’ll need when planning a project. This is best for people who already know the size and type of paper their work calls for, and want those details in one product. A wide roll can be practical when print dimensions vary from job to job, though the right fit depends on your intended output. It’s a specific format, so it makes sense to choose it for a defined printing need.

Planning your print format

Before choosing a roll, think through the finished print dimensions and how much paper each job will use. That helps you decide whether a continuous roll suits the work better than buying paper in fixed sheet sizes. This product’s stated width is particularly relevant when you’re checking your planned image size against the paper available; the roll length helps you estimate how many prints a project might require. Those are practical planning points, not a promise about printer compatibility or print results. If you’re ordering for a particular workflow, use the dimensions in the specification list to compare against the format you need. For a studio handling different print sizes, a roll offers a format to consider; for a single planned job, start with its exact dimensions and paper-weight requirement. The product name gives you those core figures without needing to infer them from a photo or description.
