Hama Aux-Adapter Lightning U 3.5-mm-Jack-Connection 90 Hoekstekker White

Hama Aux-Adapter Lightning U 3.5-mm-Jack-Connection 90 Hoekstekker White | A right-angle link for 3.5 mm audio

Without an adapter, a Lightning connection and a 3.5 mm jack connection don’t meet; this Hama aux adapter bridges those two formats. It’s for someone whose setup has a Lightning connection at one end and a 3.5 mm jack at the other, and who needs a simple way to join them. The detail that gives this version its particular appeal is the 90-degree plug: instead of pointing straight out from the connection, it turns to the side. That can make the connection easier to manage where a straight plug would get in the way. It’s a small, specific accessory rather than a general cable solution, so its usefulness comes down to needing these two connections. The white finish gives it a clean, light look alongside other white accessories.

A more turned connection

A right-angle plug changes how the connection sits. Where a straight plug projects outward, this one turns through 90 degrees, which may suit a setup with limited room around the connection or where a straight plug would be awkwardly positioned. It’s a practical distinction, not an extra function: the adapter still serves as the link between Lightning and a 3.5 mm jack connection. If you’re choosing between versions, the angle is the detail to consider first. The colour is white, so it’s easy to distinguish from a darker accessory when sorting a small collection of cables and adapters. No need to read more into it than that; the appeal is a familiar jack connection paired with a Lightning connection, in a right-angle format.
