Hama Plastic Frame Lima Grafietgrijs 30 X 40 cm

Hama Lima Plastic Photo Frame, Graphite Grey, 30 x 40 cm | A simple frame for a favourite print

It can be surprisingly hard to find a frame that gives a photograph a place on the wall without drawing attention away from the image. The Hama Lima is a plastic photo frame in graphite grey, sized 30 x 40 cm. It suits anyone looking for a straightforward way to display a print in that size, whether it’s a family photograph, a travel memory or an image you simply enjoy seeing every day. The dark grey colour gives the picture a defined edge, while keeping the overall look restrained. I’d consider it when you want the photograph itself to do most of the talking, rather than making the frame a feature. It’s a practical match for a print you already have in mind; the main decision is whether its colour and size work with the image and the space where you plan to display it.

Choosing a place for your photograph

Before settling on a frame, think about the image you want to display and how much visual space it needs. A portrait, a landscape and a graphic print can each feel quite different on the same wall, so it helps to picture the finished arrangement rather than choosing by colour alone. The graphite-grey finish gives you a dark outline to work with: it can make a pale image feel more defined, or sit quietly alongside a photograph with darker tones. You could also consider the other colours and shapes nearby, especially if the frame will join a group of pictures. There’s no need to overthink it; matching the frame to a print you already like is often the clearest place to start.
