Ilford Matt Cotton Medina 320GSM A2 420x594mm 25SHEETS

Ilford Matt Cotton Medina 320GSM A2 420x594mm 25SHEETS | Room for large-format prints

Your photographs get a generous canvas with Ilford Matt Cotton Medina photo paper in A2. The matte cotton paper is labelled 320GSM, and the pack contains 25 sheets, giving you a set for a print project or a few different images. It suits photographers and printmakers who want to present an image at a larger size, rather than keeping every print to a compact format. A2 gives a picture space to read from across a room, while the 420 x 594mm dimensions make the sheet size clear when planning a layout. The honest consideration is that a large print puts more emphasis on the image itself: a composition that works as a small crop may feel different when enlarged. Think about the framing you want before you commit to a full sheet.

Planning an A2 print

This format gives you room to make a single image the focus, or to plan a layout around a larger sheet. It can suit a print intended for display, a portfolio piece, or a personal project where the final size matters as much as the image. Those are uses to consider, not a promise about how any particular picture will look on the paper.

When choosing an image, look at its crop and composition at the size you intend to print. Fine details, open space and the position of the subject can all feel different when you move from viewing an image on screen to seeing it on a large sheet. The pack size gives you several sheets to work with, so you can plan a small series or set aside paper for separate prints.
