K&F Concept Lens Adapter Nikon F Leica M
K&F Concept Lens Adapter Nikon F Leica M | Bridge Nikon F and Leica M mounts
Without an adapter, a Nikon F lens and a Leica M mount camera don’t share a direct mount connection. This K&F Concept adapter is for photographers who want to bring those two mounts together in one setup. It’s most relevant if you already own a Nikon F lens and want to use it as part of a Leica M system, rather than choosing a lens made for that mount. The value here is specific: it gives you a way to pair Nikon F and Leica M, so you can consider a lens you already have when planning your kit. That can be useful when you’re exploring a different camera system or want to keep a particular lens in your options. The product title identifies the two mounts; it doesn’t give details about operation or lens functions, so I’d avoid assuming how those will work in your setup.
How it fits your setup
Think of this as a mount-connection accessory for a particular pairing, not as a lens or a change to the lens itself. It makes sense when your planned setup includes a Nikon F mount lens and a Leica M mount camera. If your lenses and camera don’t use those two mounts, this isn’t the pairing you need. Keeping that match in mind is the simplest way to decide whether this adapter belongs in your kit.
Specialist Note
“Can I use a Nikon F lens with a Leica M mount camera using this?” That’s the pairing this adapter is named for: Nikon F on one side of the connection, Leica M on the other. I’d consider it if you have a particular Nikon F lens you’d like to include in a Leica M setup; place the adapter between the lens and camera as part of that pairing. The practical appeal is making those two mounts work together in one kit. I’d keep expectations focused on that job, though: the title doesn’t establish how lens controls or camera functions behave, so don’t choose it on an assumption about those details.
