Kondor Blue KB-C400-THM-BK Canon C400 Cage Run/Stop Trigger Handle Module Black
Kondor Blue KB-C400-THM-BK Canon C400 Cage Run/Stop Trigger Handle Module Black | Control recording from the handle
Starting and stopping a recording can be done from the handle, keeping the action close at hand while you work with a Canon C400 Cage setup. The Kondor Blue KB-C400-THM-BK is a Run/Stop Trigger Handle Module: a purpose-specific accessory for operators who want that recording control as part of their handle setup. It’s suited to video work where recording needs to be started and stopped during a take, rather than reaching away from the handle to do it. The benefit is practical: fewer interruptions to your operating position when a take begins or ends. This is a focused accessory, not a general handle for any camera rig. If your setup is built around the Canon C400 Cage and you want Run/Stop control at the handle, this module is made for that role. It’s listed as a tripod accessory.
Specialist Note
C400 is the detail that makes this a specific part of a Canon cage setup, rather than a handle module to treat as universal. The Run/Stop trigger puts the recording action at the handle, which is useful when you need to start a take or stop between takes without shifting your operating position. I’d point this towards an operator working with the Canon C400 Cage who wants that control integrated into the handle arrangement. Its focus is deliberately narrow: it’s for Run/Stop use in this named setup, not a general-purpose grip. The black finish keeps the module visually in line with a dark rig.
