Kondor Blue KB-NR-5 Monitor Cade NATO Rails Anti-Twist 5" Space Grey
Kondor Blue KB-NR-5 Monitor Cage NATO Rails Anti-Twist 5" Space Grey | A compact frame for 5-inch monitoring
Kondor Blue KB-NR-5 is a 5-inch monitor cage with NATO rails and an anti-twist design, finished in Space Grey. It’s made for video operators and camera teams who want a dedicated frame around a compact monitor as part of a rig. The combination of cage format and NATO rails gives you a defined mounting point for the screen and a rail interface for compatible rig accessories. Its anti-twist design is intended to resist unwanted rotation where the setup meets its mount. The Space Grey finish keeps the look restrained alongside other rig parts. This is focused protection and mounting hardware for a 5-inch monitor, not a general-purpose cage for larger displays. If your setup is built around a screen of this size, the KB-NR-5 gives you a compact starting point for positioning it and arranging compatible accessories around it.
Specialist Note
At a video desk just before a client review, a 5-inch monitor needs to sit where the operator can see it; this is where the KB-NR-5 makes sense. I’d recommend it to someone building a compact monitor setup who wants a cage with a NATO-rail interface. The anti-twist design is relevant when the screen is repositioned, as it’s intended to resist the small rotations that can leave a monitor off-angle. Use the rails with compatible rig accessories to set the screen’s position, then keep it within easy sight while you work. One honest limit: it’s sized for 5-inch monitors, so it won’t suit a larger display.
