Metabones Contax Yashica - E-Mount Cine Speed Booster Ultra (0.71X)

Metabones Contax Yashica - E-Mount Cine Speed Booster Ultra (0.71X) | A dedicated converter for a cine setup

What sets this converter apart is its specific pairing: Contax Yashica and E-Mount, with Cine Speed Booster Ultra and 0.71X in the product name. It’s for photographers and filmmakers who want a converter for a setup built around those named systems, rather than a general-purpose accessory. The cine designation makes it especially relevant when you’re putting together a cine-oriented kit. The 0.71X figure is another key part of the product identity, so it’s worth matching that marking to the converter you intend to use. If you’re choosing between similarly named accessories, those details help narrow down the right product without relying on a vague description. It’s a focused piece of kit; its appeal is in that specific pairing and designation.

At Renz, we’d start with the equipment you’re building around: this converter makes sense when Contax Yashica and E-Mount are the pairing you’re looking for. The name also gives you a quick way to distinguish this version from other Metabones products: look for Cine Speed Booster Ultra and the 0.71X designation. Those aren’t interchangeable labels, so it pays to read the full product name when selecting an accessory for a particular setup. If those details match your intended use, this is the clearly identified converter to consider. There’s no need to overcomplicate the choice: the important point is that this is a specific Contax Yashica–to–E-Mount product, designated for cine use and marked 0.71X.
