Nedis Cable CAT6 S/FTP RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 5m WH

Nedis Cable CAT6 S/FTP RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 5m WH | A clear, direct wired connection

What sets this Nedis cable apart is its clearly defined combination of a 5-metre length and matching male RJ45 (8P8C) plugs at both ends. It suits a home or work setup where two pieces of equipment need a wired connection and the route calls for that connector type. The white finish can blend more easily with a pale desk, shelf or wall than a dark cable. Its CAT6 S/FTP designation makes it a specific option when those terms are called for in your setup. The practical part is planning the route: measure from one connection point to the other, following the path the cable will actually take rather than a straight line across the room. Leave room for the way you intend to place the cable. It’s a straightforward pick when the connector format and length match the job.

Planning the cable route

Before choosing where the cable will run, consider where both connection points sit and how you want the lead to reach between them. A route behind a desk or along a wall can take more cable than the distance between the two devices suggests. A quick measure along the intended path is a simple way to decide if this length suits your setup. Also think about where the cable will be visible: its white colour may be a better visual fit with light-coloured surroundings, while the most direct route may be easier to keep tidy. There’s no need to overcomplicate the choice. Match the connector format to the sockets you’re connecting, plan the path, and choose this cable if its stated length works for that run.
