Nedis DVI-Cable DVI-D 24+1-PINS Male DVI-D 24+1-PINS Male 3m

Nedis DVI-Cable DVI-D 24+1-PINS Male DVI-D 24+1-PINS Male 3m | A direct DVI-D link with three metres to work with

Without a cable between them, two DVI-D ports have no direct wired connection. This Nedis cable joins equipment with matching DVI-D connections, using a male 24+1-pin DVI-D plug at each end and a 3-metre cable between them. It suits a desk or media setup where both devices have the right ports and you need a physical link. The length gives you some room to position connected equipment apart, though it’s worth planning the route before setting everything in place. Its job is specific: connect one DVI-D port to another. That makes it most useful when you already know the connector type at both ends and have a clear idea of the distance the cable needs to cover. Keep in mind that the plugs are DVI-D, so this is for matching DVI-D connections.

Planning the connection

Start by looking at the ports on the two devices you want to connect. The connector shape and type need to match this cable; a port that uses a different connection won’t make a direct fit. Then consider the path the cable will take. Its stated length is the total cable available, not just the straight-line gap between the devices, so allow room to route it around furniture or along the edge of a desk. A little spare length can make placement easier, but avoid choosing a route that leaves the cable stretched tight.

This is a simple, specific purchase: a Nedis DVI-D cable with the same male connector type at both ends. If that matches the ports in your setup and its length suits the route, it provides the wired connection you need without adding a different connector type to the link.
