Olympus PT-EP06L Behuizing For E-PM1 | Take E-PM1 photography into the water

For snorkelling, diving and pool photography, an underwater housing gives you a way to make pictures from in the water, rather than only from the edge. The Olympus PT-EP06L Behuizing For E-PM1 is an underwater housing for the Olympus E-PM1. It suits owners who want to take that camera into water-based photography, from relaxed pool sessions to exploring beneath the surface while snorkelling or diving. The appeal is straightforward: scenes that are difficult to photograph from dry land become your subject, whether that’s a swimmer moving through a pool or the changing view during a snorkel. This is a focused accessory, not a general camera bag; its purpose is specifically underwater use. If your E-PM1 is the camera you want to bring to those settings, the PT-EP06L is the product in this listing to consider.

Specialist Note

The awkward part of water photography is having to leave your E-PM1 on shore; the PT-EP06L gives that camera an underwater-housing option for snorkelling, diving and pool photography. I’d consider it for a pool session where you want pictures at the swimmer’s level, or for snorkelling when the point is to photograph what’s around you below the surface. Take time to compose calmly and follow the action rather than expecting every moment to be easy to frame. Its use is deliberately specific: this is for underwater work, not an everyday carry case. For someone planning those water-based sessions with an E-PM1, that clear purpose is the reason to look at it.
