The Westcott Optical Spot by Lindsay Adler (Bowens) is a superior tool that offers precise, directed, and imaginative lighting solutions for studio use. This versatile setup is optimal for the application of distinct lighting, dramatic visual effects, intricate textures, or artistic patterns across any subject, surface, or environment.
Exemplifying advanced design, the focusable lens yields a clean and vivid light circle devoid of distortions or unwanted halo effects. Additionally, the set includes adjustable metal blades that are key to engineering precise shapes and light rays. The device also comes equipped with five gel filters, enabling an easy color addition through using the gel clip that is part of the set.
The presence of eight gobo designs enhance the projection capacity allowing an image or a light pattern to be visualized conveniently. A mounting kit is also included for attachment to a range of light sources. The set is designed to be compatible with 100W COB's and 600W flashers with LED or OCB modeling lamp or a removed modeling lamp. Compatible setups include FJ400, Bowens, and Godox amongst others.
