Peppercable CAY-Mx5 - XLR M - XLR F 10m

Peppercable CAY-Mx5 - XLR M - XLR F 10m | A straightforward XLR connection

When the connection points need different XLR ends, improvising with the wrong lead can get in the way. The Peppercable CAY-Mx5 is a 10-metre cable with an XLR male connector at one end and an XLR female connector at the other. It suits anyone whose setup calls for that specific pairing and needs a cable run of this length. The main benefit is simple: you can plan a direct connection using the connector types named in the product title, rather than choosing a cable with a different end arrangement. It’s best for a job where those two ends and the stated length match what you need. Before adding it to a setup, consider the route the cable will take, not just the distance between the two pieces of equipment. A run around furniture or along a wall can use more length than a straight measurement suggests.

For a tidy setup, decide where the cable needs to start and finish, then check the connection at each point. The male and female labels refer to the cable’s XLR ends; match those with the connections your equipment requires. That’s a small check, but it can save a frustrating mismatch when you’re ready to connect everything. Also think about where the cable will lie during use and whether the planned route stays clear of walkways. Those are practical considerations for any cable run, rather than extra features of this particular one. The name gives you the key details needed to judge the connection type and length. If those are the details your setup calls for, this Peppercable gives you a plainly specified option without making you decode a longer model description.
