Permajet Fibre Base Gloss 295 Roll 17INCHES 15m

Permajet Fibre Base Gloss 295 Roll 17INCHES 15m | Plan wide prints on a roll

When individual sheets don’t suit the way you want to print, a roll gives you a continuous length to work with. Permajet Fibre Base Gloss 295 is photo paper in a 17-inch-wide, 15-metre roll, for photographers planning prints in a wide format or preparing several prints from the same paper stock. The product name identifies the paper as Fibre Base Gloss 295; the roll format and dimensions make it easier to plan how much paper a print run may need. You can choose a cut length to suit each print, provided your printer and workflow support the size you have in mind. For a practical first check, compare the 17-inch width with your printer’s supported media width, and make sure it accepts roll paper. That small bit of planning can save a frustrating mismatch when you’re ready to print.

Planning your print run

A 15-metre roll gives you a defined length to budget across your planned output. Think about the print dimensions you expect to make and how much paper each one will use; the number of finished prints will depend on those choices and any paper used during setup. This is a straightforward format to consider when your print work calls for roll paper rather than a stack of separate sheets. The width is fixed at 17 inches, so it’s the key measurement to compare with the space your intended prints need and the media your printer can handle.

Before committing to a print run, check the printer’s instructions for roll-paper handling and supported media width. Also allow for your own workflow when estimating how much of the 15 metres you’ll use. The title gives you the essential format details at a glance; the rest of the decision is whether that width, length and gloss finish suit the prints you have planned. If your requirements are clear, you can choose this roll on those specifics rather than guessing from a sheet-paper size.
