SanDisk MicroSDXC Ultra GO 512GB 190MB/s UHS-I-V10-U1-C10-A1

SanDisk MicroSDXC Ultra GO 512GB 190MB/s UHS-I-V10-U1-C10-A1 | Ample room for your files

Keep more files together on one card with the SanDisk MicroSDXC Ultra GO 512GB. It’s a microSDXC card for people who want a large storage capacity in this card format, whether they’re organising a growing collection or planning ahead for a stretch of regular shooting. The title lists a 190MB/s speed and the UHS-I, V10, U1, C10 and A1 markings. Those are useful details to compare when you’re choosing a card, but they won’t tell you how many photos or minutes of video you’ll store; that depends on your file sizes and settings. The honest appeal here is straightforward: plenty of stated capacity, plus clearly named speed and class markings. If keeping fewer cards in rotation suits your routine, this one gives you a lot of space to work with.

Choosing storage that suits your routine

Think about how you actually use storage before deciding what capacity you need. A day of short clips and a day of large files can use very different amounts of space, so your own shooting habits are a better guide than a guessed photo count. It also helps to consider how often you want to move files off a card. If you regularly transfer and sort your work, a large card may mean fewer swaps during a busy day; if you prefer to keep sessions separate, you may organise your files differently. The card’s listed ratings give you specific details to compare, while the capacity is the main consideration for how much you can keep on hand. Pick according to your workflow, not an assumed number of shots.
