Sirui’s choice of a 75mm short-telephoto focal length gives this lens a close, portrait-friendly view, while its f/1.2 maximum aperture lets in plenty of light. On an APS-C Fujifilm X camera, that focal length gives a field of view similar to a 112.5mm lens on full frame, making it well suited to head-and-shoulder portraits and details at events. Autofocus helps you keep your attention on the person in front of the camera rather than turning the focus ring.
