Built for video production, the SmallRig 5523 AD-01 “BumbleBee Edition” combines smooth movement, fast setup, and reliable support in one sturdy tripod system. Its updated fluid head design and redesigned quick-release plate with an integrated wrench make camera mounting fast and efficient, so you can get ready to shoot in seconds.
The rapid-mount fluid head is designed for angled installation, allowing the camera to lock into place quickly after front-to-back adjustment. A concealed 1/4"-20 threaded mount in the head provides a convenient point for attaching accessories, while the damping and counterbalance system delivers controlled 360° panning and +90°/-60° tilt movement. With a maximum payload of 8 kg, it is a strong choice for demanding video setups.
At the base of the head, 3/8"-16 threaded holes offer broad compatibility with tripods, arms, sliders, and other gear. The built-in bubble level and 75 mm bowl base make leveling simple and precise, while the three-section center column extension helps you adapt to different shooting heights indoors or outdoors. A large non-slip handle improves grip and control during operation.
The tripod includes a dedicated carrying bag for protection and easy transport, making it a practical companion for creative work on location or in the studio.
