SmallRig 5666 L-Shaped Mount Plate w/ Wooden Handle For Fujifilm X-T30 (Black)
SmallRig 5666 L-Shaped Mount Plate w/ Wooden Handle For Fujifilm X-T30 (Black) | More support for handheld video
When a handheld video take calls for a steadier, more supported hold, this SmallRig gives your Fujifilm X-T30 a shoulder-rig setup rather than leaving you to support the camera on its own. It combines an L-shaped mount plate with a wooden handle, and is made for the X-T30. The benefit is practical: you have a rig to support the camera during handheld filming, with a handle to hold as you work. That suits X-T30 owners recording video who want an added point of support for their camera, whether they're making short clips or filming a conversation. Its black finish keeps the look understated alongside the camera. This is a handheld rig, so think of it as support while filming rather than a substitute for a tripod when you need a locked-off frame. If you often shoot video with the X-T30 in your hands, it gives you a more supported way to do that.
Specialist Note
This SmallRig is made to give handheld X-T30 video more support than a bare-camera hold. The wooden handle gives you a distinct place to grip, so you can hold the rig rather than wrapping your fingers around the camera body. Its L-shaped plate is part of that shoulder-rig arrangement, supporting the camera as you film. I’d suggest it to an X-T30 owner making short handheld clips or recording a seated interview: take hold of the handle and settle the rig against your shoulder for a more supported shooting position. One honest point: it’s for handheld work, not a way to keep the camera locked in place between takes. For that, you’ll want a tripod.
