Transcend 128GB SDXC UHS-I U3 A2 V30 Ultra Performance (R 160MB/s | W 90MB/s)

Transcend 128GB SDXC UHS-I U3 A2 V30 Ultra Performance | Fast storage for demanding capture

Its defining feature is the mix of a generous 128GB capacity and several speed classifications in one SDXC card. The Transcend Ultra Performance is aimed at photographers and videographers who want room for substantial shoots and a card with clearly stated performance ratings. It’s rated at 160MB/s for reading and 90MB/s for writing, with UHS-I, U3, A2 and V30 designations. Those figures make it a sensible option when you’re choosing a card for work where transfer speed and sustained recording capability matter. The honest limit: a card’s ratings don’t promise that every camera will use them to the same extent. Your device and workflow determine what you’ll get in practice.

The useful thing about these labels is that they give you concrete points to compare, rather than asking you to judge a card by a broad “fast” claim. Think about how much space your shoots typically take, how often you move files off the card and what your device asks for. If a specific rating is important to your setup, compare it with the requirements for that device before deciding. This card’s combination of capacity and stated read/write figures gives you a clear starting point, while the U3, A2 and V30 markings help distinguish its intended performance profile. Choose it for the figures that match your needs, not just the Ultra Performance name.
