Urth 82mm Essentials Filter Kit Pro (UV CPL ND8 ND1000)
Urth 82mm Essentials Filter Kit Pro (UV CPL ND8 ND1000) | Four filters for creative light control
This kit brings four different filter effects together for photographers who want more control over reflections and exposure without choosing just one kind of filter. It suits landscape photographers, long-exposure fans and anyone building a filter setup around an 82mm lens. The CPL helps reduce reflections from surfaces such as water and glass, while the ND8 and ND1000 reduce the light reaching the camera by different amounts. That gives you options for balancing a bright scene or using a longer exposure to soften moving water. The UV filter has a different role: it can help reduce the effect of ultraviolet haze. The practical advantage is having several approaches ready for changing light and subjects. This is a focused filter kit, rather than a general collection of camera accessories.
Specialist Note
First-time filter users often reach for the darkest ND filter for every bright scene; here, the ND8 and ND1000 give you a more measured choice. The ND8 cuts light by three stops, so it’s the gentler option when you want a longer exposure without making the scene dramatically darker. For a waterfall in daylight, the ND1000’s roughly ten-stop reduction can allow a much longer shutter time and a softer flow. I’d choose this kit for someone who enjoys working with reflections and exposure creatively. One practical point: the 82mm size needs to suit your lens’s filter fitting, and the ND1000 is a strong reduction, not a subtle one.
