The insurance plan is available for purchase in the following regions: United States, Canada, Europe, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.
Activating DJI Care Refresh Card
- Visit the activation page: support.dji.com/care/active
- Enter the DJI Pocket 2 serial number, DJI Care Refresh activation code, and personal information.
- The DJI Care Refresh agreement will be sent to your email.
Insurance Terms and Conditions
- The action camera should be either newly purchased or freshly activated.
- The DJI Care Refresh needs to be activated within 30 days of purchase.
- Repairs are only applicable in the mentioned regions.
- The insurance does not extend to DJI Pocket 2 OUTLET products.
- The coverage lasts for two years (24 months).
Repair Procedure
The repair process involves the following steps:
- Contact DJI at www.dji.com/support in case of defects or damage. You will receive instructions for shipping your faulty or damaged DJI Pocket 2.
- Create a repair request at www.dji.com/service/repair.
- Your request is forwarded to the DJI Repair Center.
- Pay a nominal fee for the component replacement. It's €29,- for the first time and €39,- for the second.
- Your repaired DJI Pocket 2 is shipped back to you free of cost.
Points to Note During Repair
- You should possess the DJI Pocket 2 and initiate the repair. DJI does not offer compensation for lost action cameras.
- Maintain contact with DJI directly. Coordinating the repair process through third-party organizations like Kamera Express will likely cause delays due to logistical reasons.
