SWIT S-7500p S-7500p | Panasonic CGA Dummy Battery w/ Pole DC Cable

SWIT S-7500p | Run a Panasonic CGA setup by DC cable

Keep a Panasonic CGA battery setup connected by cable rather than relying on a standard battery during the shoot. The SWIT S-7500p is a dummy battery for the Panasonic CGA format, paired with a Pole DC cable. A dummy battery takes the place of the camera’s battery; the cable provides the connection for powering the setup from a DC source. That makes this a part to consider when your power arrangement calls for this specific battery format and cable type. The useful detail is right in the name: this isn’t a general-purpose battery replacement, but a Panasonic CGA dummy battery with a Pole DC cable. If that’s the combination your setup needs, the S-7500p keeps the connection straightforward. One practical point: the title identifies the cable type, so match that with the DC connection in your power plan.

Where it fits

This product is for a Panasonic CGA battery position that needs a dummy battery connection. It replaces the battery in that position, while the attached cable provides the route to DC power. That’s the basic job; it doesn’t act as a battery you charge and carry as a spare. Instead, it belongs in a setup planned around a cable connection. The Pole DC cable is part of the product name, so it matters when choosing this part. If your setup calls for a Panasonic CGA dummy battery and this cable type, the S-7500p is named for that combination. It’s a specific solution, not a catch-all power accessory—and that specificity is the main thing to keep in mind when deciding if it suits your setup.
