The SWIT FLOW500 RX is part of a new-generation wireless video system designed for dependable Full HD signal transmission on set and in demanding live environments. Built around hardware-based, plug-and-play operation, it is ideal for director monitoring, drones, cable cams, steadicams, and other professional video workflows.

Flexible Connections for SDI and HDMI

The transmitter features 2 omnidirectional antennas and offers 1x 3G/HD-SDI input, 1x 3G/HD-SDI loop output, and 1x HDMI 1.3 input. The receiver is equipped with 4 omnidirectional antennas and provides 2x 3G/HD-SDI outputs plus 1x HDMI 1.3 output.

Stable Wireless Performance Up to 150 m

Using KUWI 5 GHz wireless technology, the FLOW500 delivers reliable transmission up to 150 meters line-of-sight. Enhanced RF and image optimization help maintain a strong connection, even in challenging environments with obstacles. With a low latency of just 32 ms, it offers smooth, stable video without dropouts or interference.

Smart Channel Management and Security

The system includes an integrated wireless scanner that monitors frequency conditions and automatically selects the best available channel. It is DFS-compliant and also allows manual switching between 7 non-DFS channels. For secure operation, the transmitter and receivers use a private transmission protocol with dual encryption and AES128 protection.

Built for Professional Workflows

Both transmitter and receiver feature OLED displays for quick access to format, channel number, and signal strength. The FLOW500 supports multicast transmission, allowing one transmitter to send to an unlimited number of receivers. It can also support up to 22 pairs at a single location.

Reliable Image and Audio Handling

The receiver supports synchronization and precise color reproduction to help preserve black levels, reduce noise, and maintain accurate image quality. The system also supports 2-channel SDI/HDMI audio transmission.

Power and Mounting

With a power draw of under 8W per unit, the FLOW500 is efficient enough for extended production use. Both transmitter and receiver include an NP-F DV battery plate and a locking 7-34V DC input for flexible powering options.
