ACT USB 3.2 GEN1 Connection Cable C Male (Straight) - C Male (Angled) 2 Meters
ACT USB 3.2 GEN1 Connection Cable C Male (Straight) - C Male (Angled) 2 Meters | Two metres of USB-C reach with an angled end
You can route the cable away from a port at an angle, rather than having it project straight out. This ACT USB 3.2 Gen 1 connection cable has a straight USB-C male plug at one end and an angled USB-C male plug at the other, with a 2-metre length between them. That arrangement suits a setup where the direction of the cable matters: for example, when a straight plug would get in the way of nearby space. Use it to link equipment with matching USB-C ports; the connector shape and cable length are the practical points to consider. The angled end can help guide the route, while the straight end gives you a conventional connection at the other side. It’s a straightforward cable, and its main benefit is that the two ends aren’t arranged the same way.
Planning the cable route
It’s worth thinking about which way you want the cable to leave each port before connecting it. The angled end gives you another option for routing, especially when there’s limited room beside the connection or you want the cable to follow a particular path. Its usefulness depends on the position of the port and the direction the plug faces, so a little attention to orientation can make the setup neater.
The straight connector is at the opposite end, giving you a different plug shape at each side of the link. That can be handy when the two connection points call for different cable directions. At 2 metres, the cable offers some distance between them without requiring a very long run. For a desk or equipment setup, consider where the cable will travel and whether that length gives you a sensible route. This is a simple, specific detail, but it’s the reason to choose this version over a cable with matching connector orientations.
