ACT USB-C 3.2 GEN2 Active Optical Cable (AOC) For Touch Panels Data Power 10m

ACT USB-C 3.2 Gen2 Active Optical Cable (AOC) 10m | A defined-length touch-panel connection

Your touch-panel setup can use a 10-metre cable run for data and power, giving you a clear distance to plan around. This ACT cable is an active optical cable (AOC) with USB-C 3.2 Gen2, and its stated use is touch panels. It’s aimed at installations where a panel needs a cable connection for both data and power, rather than buyers looking for an unspecified everyday cable. The useful detail here is the stated length: it gives you a concrete starting point when placing the panel and working out the cable route. Think through where the cable needs to begin and end before choosing it. A route around furniture or along a wall can take more length than the straight-line distance between the two points.

Planning the cable route

Measure the path the cable will actually follow, including the turns and the distance needed at either end to reach the equipment. That’s more helpful than measuring only the gap between the panel and its connection point. If the route is part of a fixed installation, decide where the cable will run before positioning the panel; for a room setup, consider how people and furniture may affect that route. The 10-metre length gives you a specific figure to compare with your plan, but the final fit depends on the layout you have in mind. Keep the intended touch-panel use at the centre of your decision, and compare the USB-C 3.2 Gen2 designation with the requirements of your setup. This is a focused product description, so the practical question is simple: does this cable’s stated purpose and length match the connection you’re planning?
