Brother 12mm Black On Clear High Grade Tape

Brother 12mm Black On Clear High Grade Tape | Clear, readable labels

For labels where you want the wording to show without a solid-colour strip behind it, this tape gives you a simple black-on-clear look. Brother 12mm Black On Clear High Grade Tape is 12 mm wide, with black lettering on a clear tape background. It suits anyone who wants labels that are easy to read while letting the surface behind the tape remain visible. That makes it a straightforward option for adding written identification without introducing another block of colour. The useful detail is the contrast: black text against a clear background, rather than black text on a coloured one. Its stated grade is high grade. If you’re choosing tape by the appearance of the finished label, those are the details to focus on; the width also gives you a concrete measurement to work with when considering the space available for a label.

Clear tape can help a label feel less visually prominent than an opaque strip, while the black lettering provides the text’s contrast. That’s the appeal of this particular combination: the label can be read, but the tape itself doesn’t bring a coloured background with it. The 12 mm width is the key size detail to bear in mind when planning where a label will go. Think about the surface and the amount of room you have for the wording; the tape’s colour combination is most relevant when you want the label background to remain clear. It’s a specific, uncomplicated option, rather than a description that leaves you guessing about the tape’s colour or width.
