DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan Card for the Mavic 4 Pro gives you a simple and efficient way to access replacement service when accidents happen. If your drone needs to be replaced, DJI helps streamline the process so you can get back in the air faster.

With this service, DJI covers shipping both ways when a unit is sent in for replacement. You can also benefit from replacement at an additional service fee in the event of accidental damage. Replacement units are brand new or match new products in performance and reliability.

Extended support during the service period

Throughout the DJI Care Refresh service period, the main components of your device remain covered under the official warranty, helping to extend protection for your equipment. You also get access to dedicated DJI support channels, including online chat and phone assistance.

Eligibility and activation

• Initial purchase: the product must be brand new and unactivated, or activated within the last 48 hours.
• Service extension: if DJI Care Refresh is already active for your device, you can renew it within 15 days after the current service period ends.
• If the eligibility conditions are not met, you may request online video verification of the product. After approval, DJI Care Refresh can be purchased within 72 hours of receiving the purchase notice.
