The DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan, specific for the DJI Avata 2 drone, provides two replacement units for a minimal additional charge within a year. This plan covers a wide array of accidents, assuring you greater peace of mind during your drone operations.

  • The DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) can be assigned to a DJI aircraft previously purchased if it meets any of the following conditions: it is brand new and not activated, or activation happened within the last 48 hours.
  • Upon purchasing the DJI Care Refresh plan, your service agreement will be sent to your email. The DJI Care Refresh plan will be automatically attached to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.
  • The DJI Care Refresh plan and the corresponding product should be purchased in the same country or region. Services under the DJI Care Refresh plan will only be acknowledged within the region it was purchased.
  • Whenever a replacement is requested, you will receive a unit that is either brand new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
