DJI DJI Mic Mini 2S (2 TX + 1 RX + Charging Case)
DJI Mic Mini 2S (2 TX + 1 RX + Charging Case) | A straightforward setup for two speakers
Two people sit down for an interview, and you want a microphone setup that accounts for both voices. The DJI Mic Mini 2S is a microphone kit built around that kind of recording situation, rather than a single-speaker setup. It suits interviewers, presenters and creators who regularly work with a second person and want the key parts of the kit together. The title identifies two transmitters, one receiver and a charging case, giving you a clear starting point for a two-person arrangement. That makes the configuration its main appeal: you can plan around one transmitter for each speaker and a receiver in the setup. It’s worth choosing this version for that specific reason; if you normally record alone, the second transmitter may be more than you need.
Specialist Note
Keeping two speakers organised in one microphone setup is the problem this bundle is meant to address. With two TX units and one RX, you can assign a transmitter to each person and use the receiver as the receiving point for the setup. I’d look at it for sit-down interviews or paired presenter clips where both people need a place in the same recording arrangement. The charging case is another practical part of the package: it gives the kit a dedicated place to charge between sessions. My honest advice is to think about how often you record with a second person; for solo work, one of the two transmitters may simply go unused.
