FALCAM F22 Quick Release Rotating V Mount Plate
FALCAM F22 Quick Release Rotating V Mount Plate | Make tripod adjustments more direct
The FALCAM F22 Quick Release Rotating V Mount Plate combines a quick-release design with a rotating plate. It’s a tripod accessory for photographers and camera operators who want to release or change the plate’s orientation as part of their setup. Its purpose is specific: make those two adjustments available at the plate, rather than treating it as a fixed part of the tripod arrangement. That can suit a tripod-based rig that needs to be repositioned during setup, or one where you want to remove the plate between uses. The V Mount wording identifies the plate type; the product is described as a tripod accessory. It’s a straightforward option to consider when quick release and rotation are the functions you need. The product name doesn’t tell us which equipment it fits, so I’d avoid assuming compatibility based on the name alone.
A plate for adjustable tripod setups
Think of this as a small part of the handling workflow, not a tripod in itself. Quick release speaks to how you handle attachment and removal; the rotating design gives you a way to alter the plate’s orientation. Those are the details to weigh up if your setup calls for both. If you need a different function, such as a particular mounting interface or a specified adjustment range, this description doesn’t establish that—so those details shouldn’t be assumed.
Specialist Note
In use, the quick-release design is intended to make releasing the plate a deliberate part of handling your tripod setup, while the rotating feature gives you an orientation adjustment at the plate. The F22 name is the model designation, not an exposure setting; the useful details here are the quick release and rotation. I’d consider it for a tripod-based setup where you want to take the plate off or change its orientation during setup, rather than leave it fixed. The V Mount Plate wording helps identify the product, but I wouldn’t infer compatibility from that label alone. It’s best suited to someone who specifically needs these plate functions.
