Falcon Eyes Diffuse Cloth For 90x90cm SBQ-SB9090

Falcon Eyes Diffuse Cloth For 90x90cm SBQ-SB9090 | Soften your softbox light

Without a diffuser cloth, light from a softbox can look harder than you want for a portrait or a small product setup. This white Falcon Eyes cloth is made for the 90x90cm SBQ-SB9090 softbox, giving you a simple way to diffuse its light. It suits photographers who already use that softbox and want to soften the look of their lighting without changing the rest of their setup. It’s most useful when a gentler, less direct-looking result is the aim. The name is reassuringly specific: this isn’t a general-purpose cloth described as fitting every softbox, but one identified for the SBQ-SB9090 in this size. That makes it a straightforward accessory to consider if you’re building around that particular softbox. The honest limitation is just as clear: its named use is narrow, so it’s not the piece to choose for a different softbox size.

What diffusion changes

A diffuser sits between a light source and the subject to soften the light. In practice, that can help when direct-looking illumination feels too pronounced on a face or on the surface of an object. You can use the cloth as part of a considered lighting setup, then judge the result in the context of your subject and the other light in the scene. The cloth itself doesn’t decide the final look; its effect depends on how you use the light around it. That’s why this accessory makes most sense for someone who already has a clear use for the 90x90cm SBQ-SB9090 softbox, rather than someone looking for a complete lighting solution. If that’s your setup, the appeal is simple: a purpose-specific way to diffuse the light you already have.
