The Firecrest ND series from Formatt Hitech brings a groundbreaking addition to the ND filter lineup. This fresh innovation is built with a rare earth metal coating that aids in the construction of hyper-neutral ND filters. Also known as gray filters, these control light exposure throughout the photo area.
ND filters are versatile, but they shine particularly in landscape photography with long exposures and city photography with abundant light, where they deliver impressive results. The Formatt Hitech Firecrest ND filter boasts quality and durability, being constructed from Schott Superwite glass with a 5.5mm SuperSlim ring integrated. Thanks to their water-repellent and anti-reflective nature, Firecrest ND filters will enhance the contrast and clarity of your captures.
Moreover, this filter brandishes a proprietary Firecrest coating making it resistant to scratches, and helping it shield against UV and infrared light.
