Goldbuch Bella Vista Spiral Album 35x30 Artichoke (Black Pages)

Goldbuch Bella Vista Spiral Album 35x30 Artichoke (Black Pages) | A considered home for printed photographs

Loose prints can be easy to forget about once they’re tucked into a drawer. The Goldbuch Bella Vista Spiral Album gives a selected group of photographs a defined place, with black pages and a 35x30 format. It suits someone who’d rather bring prints together in an album than leave them as a stack, whether the pictures come from a family occasion, a holiday or a personal project. The spiral format is part of the album’s character, while “Artichoke” gives this version its distinct name. Its appeal is straightforward: this is a photo album with black pages, not a digital way to browse pictures or a frame for a single image. Choose it when you want to make time for a physical selection and see those photographs together. One honest point: an album can only hold the pictures you take the time to choose, so it’s worth setting aside a little time for that part too.

Choosing what belongs inside

For a tidy result, start by gathering the photographs you’re considering and arranging them into a sequence before you put them in the album. A simple timeline works well for an event or a trip; for a personal collection, you might group pictures by subject instead. The black pages give the photographs a dark background, so take a moment to look at your chosen prints against that setting and decide which ones you want to include. You don’t need to fill every page at once. A smaller, edited selection can be easier to revisit than a large assortment with no clear thread. The 35x30 album format also gives you a useful fixed size to plan around when you’re sorting prints. Keep the order loose until you’re happy with it, then make the album your own at your preferred pace.
