Hahnemühle DFA Photo Rag 500GSM 42x59.4cm (A2) 20

Hahnemühle DFA Photo Rag 500GSM 42x59.4cm (A2) 20 | A2 photo paper in a 20-pack

Your print will be A2 size: 42 x 59.4 cm, with a substantial 500 g/m² paper weight. Hahnemühle DFA Photo Rag is photo paper for photographers who want to make prints in this large format and are looking for a pack of 20. That gives you several sheets to work with, rather than a single print-sized purchase. The name identifies the paper as Photo Rag, but there are no further details here about its surface or finish, so I won’t guess how it will render a particular image. What you can plan around is the format and weight: this is a large sheet, and its stated weight is a concrete point to consider when choosing paper for a print. If A2 is the size you need, this listing gives you the dimensions directly, without relying on a vague “large format” description.

Planning for A2 prints

A2 measures 42 x 59.4 cm, so it’s worth thinking about the finished print at that scale before you choose a file. Consider how much of the image you want to show, and whether the composition still feels balanced when viewed at a larger size. A crop that works on a screen may feel different on a print; reviewing the framing at the intended proportions can help you make that decision in advance. The sheet’s substantial stated weight is another detail to keep in mind as you plan your print workflow. This product is identified as photo paper, but the title alone doesn’t give a surface description, so choose it on the basis of the format and weight you need rather than an assumed finish. For anyone preparing a run of A2 prints, the quantity of 20 makes it possible to plan more than one output from the same pack.
