Hama CAT-7-Network Cable Pimfkoperhalogeenvrij (LSZH)50m Rol

Hama CAT-7 Network Cable PiMF Copper Halogen-Free (LSZH) 50 m Roll | Plan a wired network run with 50 metres on the roll

For a wired connection between network points, a cable run can keep the route clear of wireless coverage questions. The Hama CAT-7 Network Cable is a 50 m roll, with PiMF copper and a halogen-free LSZH designation. It suits someone planning a fixed run and wanting cable supplied on a roll rather than choosing a pre-set cable length. CAT-7 is the category named in the product title; it’s a specific label, not a promise about the speed of every device or the network as a whole. The 50 m length gives you room to plan a route across a space, though the right amount depends on where the cable needs to go. It’s a straightforward product: a length of network cable, with its construction and material called out in the name.

Planning the cable route

Before unrolling the cable, map the path between the points you want to connect and measure along that path. A route following a wall or going around furniture can take more cable than the straight-line distance between the two ends. That’s especially worth doing with a 50 m roll: a little planning helps you estimate how much of the roll your installation needs. Think about where the cable will enter and leave the run, and keep the route practical to reach. The title identifies this as network cable, but doesn’t describe connectors or a particular installation method, so choose those details to suit your setup. One honest point: the category printed on a cable won’t by itself determine the performance of your complete network.
