Hama LED-Gloeidraadlamp E27 1521LM Verv 100W Peer A60 Mat Warm White RA90

Hama LED Filament Bulb | Warm light for everyday use

It can be hard to choose a replacement bulb when the label gives you a wattage but little sense of the light you’ll get. This Hama LED filament bulb gives you the key details up front: it produces 1521 lumens, is listed as a replacement for a 100 W bulb, and has a warm white colour. Its E27 base and pear-shaped A60 form make it a straightforward option to consider for a fitting that uses that type of bulb. The matte finish keeps the bulb’s appearance subdued, while the Ra90 colour rendering rating is a useful detail if you care about how colours look under the light. For a simple household replacement, the clear brightness and colour information is the main appeal. It’s a practical way to choose by the light you want, rather than by wattage alone.

Choosing the right replacement

Before picking a bulb, I’d compare the shape and fitting with the lamp it’s going into, then think about how much light you want in that spot. A reading area and a softer corner light don’t always call for the same brightness, even if both use the same fitting. The warm white description gives you a useful guide to the feel of the light, while the colour rendering figure can help if accurate-looking colours matter in the room. Those details make this bulb easier to assess on its own terms. One honest point: a bulb’s listed brightness and colour are more useful for choosing than a familiar wattage number, so it’s worth giving them a look before you decide.
