Hama Network Cable CAT-5E F/UTP Afgeschermd 20.00 M 10 PCs

Hama Network Cable CAT-5E F/UTP Afgeschermd 20.00 M 10 PCs | A long cable run, clearly identified

A network connection can be awkward to arrange when the equipment isn’t close together. This Hama network cable gives you a 20-metre length to plan a longer route between network devices. It’s a CAT-5E cable, marked F/UTP and described as shielded, so you can identify the cable type and shielding when choosing it for your setup. The cable is grey, which is handy to know if you’re keeping track of different cables around a desk or equipment area. The title specifies 10 PCs; that makes the stated quantity clear without guessing at any other contents. This is a straightforward option when you need a long network cable and want the type, length and colour spelled out before you buy.

Before you settle on a route, measure the path the cable will actually take rather than the straight-line distance between the two points. Allow a little room for turns and for positioning the connected equipment; a cable that only just reaches can be awkward to arrange neatly. Think, too, about where the cable will run in your space, so you can keep the route tidy and avoid leaving excess length in the way. Those small checks make it easier to judge whether a 20-metre cable suits the job you have in mind. The information here is kept to the details given for this Hama cable, so you can make that decision without relying on assumed connector, speed or performance claims.
