Ilford MGRCPF1K 24x30.5cm 50SH | A defined size for planned print runs

Ilford MGRCPF1K 24x30.5cm 50SH is photo paper supplied as 50 sheets, each measuring 24 x 30.5 cm. It’s aimed at photographers who want to make prints in a consistent, specified format. The appeal here is straightforward: you know the sheet size and how many sheets are in the pack, so you can plan a print session or project around those details. That can be useful when you’re printing a group of images for a portfolio, an album or a particular display. The format gives you a clear starting point for planning the image area and any border you want to leave. If you’re choosing paper for a specific output, those are the dependable details to compare against your layout and working habits. No extra claims are needed: this is a pack of Ilford photo paper with a stated size and quantity.

Before committing to a paper format, think about the finished print rather than just the file. Allow for any border your layout needs, and consider how you’ll store or present the sheets once printed. A defined sheet size makes those decisions easier to plan, especially when you’re preparing several images to the same format. The 50-sheet quantity gives you a set amount to work with, which can help when estimating a print run and keeping a project consistent. It’s also a useful detail if you’re replacing paper you’ve used before: compare the stated size and quantity with what your workflow calls for.

This product’s name gives you the key points to identify it when ordering or organising supplies: Ilford, the MGRCPF1K product code, the sheet dimensions and the pack quantity. Those details are also handy to keep with your print records, so you can identify the paper pack used for a particular batch. If you’re deciding between products, start with the format and quantity that suit the job in front of you. For this pack, those are specific and easy to check.
