Ilford OmniJet Gloss Photo Paper 250gsm 61cm x 30m

Ilford OmniJet Gloss Photo Paper 250gsm 61cm x 30m | Gloss stock in a wide roll

What sets this paper apart is its gloss finish in a wide, long roll format. Ilford OmniJet Gloss Photo Paper suits photographers and print rooms looking for photo paper by the roll rather than as individual sheets. The 61cm width gives you a broad format to work with, and the 30m length provides a continuous roll of stock. Its 250gsm weight is another concrete point to match to your print requirements. Choose this paper when gloss is the finish you want and these roll dimensions suit the job. The appeal is straightforward: you can assess it by its stated finish, weight and size, without needing to read into broad claims about image quality.

Working with the roll format

When you’re choosing roll paper, start with the size of the prints you intend to make and the amount of stock the job calls for. The 61cm width is the roll’s stated width; the usable print area can depend on the job and setup. A 30m roll gives you length to work through, though the number of prints you’ll get from it depends on their dimensions and how much material each requires. That makes the measurements useful for planning, rather than a promise of a particular print count. The gloss finish and 250gsm weight help narrow the choice too: decide whether those are the characteristics you need, then consider whether the roll format makes sense for your work.
