Ilford OmniJet IlfoTex AL Self Adhesive Fabric 106,7cm x 30m

Ilford OmniJet IlfoTex AL Self Adhesive Fabric 106,7cm x 30m | Adhesive fabric in a long roll

What sets this apart from ordinary photo paper is right in the name: it’s self-adhesive fabric, supplied as a roll rather than as separate sheets. It suits print projects where a fabric surface and an adhesive backing are part of the brief, especially when you need a continuous length instead of a stack of fixed-size pieces. The stated format is 106,7cm wide and 30m long, giving you room to plan work across a broad strip. That makes the roll most relevant to people producing larger or repeated pieces, rather than someone looking for a few small photo prints. It’s a fairly specific material, so the choice comes down to whether fabric is the surface you want and whether self-adhesion suits the way you intend to use the finished print. Those are the useful questions to settle before choosing it.

The product name identifies the material and format clearly, but it doesn’t tell the whole story of a particular project. Think about the size and shape of the finished print, and how much of the roll your work is likely to use. A long roll can be handy when a design needs more length than a sheet provides, or when you’re planning several pieces from the same material. The 106,7cm width is the other practical dimension to work around; it sets the available width of the roll, not a promise about what any particular printer can handle. We’d match the medium to the job first: if the adhesive fabric format is what you need, the dimensions give you a straightforward starting point for planning. If you need a different surface or a sheet format, this is simply a more specialised option.
