Ilford OmniJet Satin Photo Paper 195gsm 111,8cm x 30m

Ilford OmniJet Satin Photo Paper 195gsm 111,8cm x 30m | A wide roll for photo printing

Pictures can be printed in a wide format on a roll made for photo printing. Ilford OmniJet Satin Photo Paper is a 111.8cm-wide roll, 30 metres long, with a satin finish and a paper weight of 195gsm. It suits anyone looking for photo paper in a broad roll format, particularly when the planned print needs more width than a smaller sheet can offer. The satin finish is the defining choice here: it gives you a different look from paper sold with a gloss or matte finish, so consider how you want the finished photograph to appear before choosing. The roll length also gives you room to plan a run of prints rather than work from a single sheet at a time. One practical point: at nearly 112cm wide, this is a substantial roll, so think through the space your intended prints need before you order. It’s a focused paper choice, with the format and finish clearly stated in the name.

Consider the print format

With photo paper, the dimensions matter as much as the finish. Start with the image you want to print and the space it needs, then decide whether a roll of this width suits that plan. The stated length helps you understand how much paper you’re buying, while the weight gives another concrete point of reference when comparing paper options. Those figures don’t dictate what your photograph should look like; they help you choose a format that fits the job you have in mind. Satin is the finish named for this paper, so it’s worth treating that as a deliberate part of the decision rather than focusing on size alone. If you already have a specific print in mind, its intended dimensions are a sensible place to start. That’s the honest appeal of this product: the title tells you its finish, weight and roll dimensions, without asking you to guess at a more elaborate set of features.
