Ilford OmniJet Satin Photo Paper 250gsm 152,4cm x 30m

Ilford OmniJet Satin Photo Paper 250gsm 152,4cm x 30m | Satin finish in a wide roll

Your prints have a satin finish, on a roll wide enough for large-format work. Ilford OmniJet Satin Photo Paper is a 250gsm paper supplied in a 152.4cm-wide, 30m roll. It suits people planning photo prints in a wide format, or preparing a longer run where a roll format makes more sense than buying sheets. The key detail here is the combination of satin surface, paper weight and generous width; those are the points to weigh against the prints you have in mind. I’d start by deciding how wide your finished image needs to be, then consider how much paper a 30m roll represents for your workload. The title gives you the core facts, without getting into surface performance or printer compatibility, so the best reason to choose this roll is straightforward: its stated finish and size match your print plans.

Consider the format

A 152.4cm width is a substantial working span, so think about the finished print dimensions and how you’ll handle a roll before choosing it. The 30m length gives you a continuous supply to work from, rather than a fixed count of individual sheets. That can suit a planned series of prints, but the amount you’ll use depends on the sizes and number of images you intend to make. At 250gsm, the paper weight is another useful point to compare with the requirements of your project. Satin is the named surface finish; if that’s the finish you want, this product keeps the decision clear. For a specialist purchase like wide photo paper, matching the roll’s width, length, weight and finish to the work in hand is more helpful than relying on broad claims about how a print will look.
