Ilford OmniJet Studio Pearl Photo RC Paper 250gsm 127cm x 30m

Ilford OmniJet Studio Pearl Photo RC Paper 250gsm 127cm x 30m | Pearl-finish paper for wide photo prints

Your photographs get a pearl-surface finish on this Ilford photo paper, supplied as a roll for studio printing. It’s aimed at photographers and print studios who want photo paper in a wide format, rather than a smaller cut sheet. The title identifies it as RC paper with a pearl finish; those are the key details to weigh up when choosing a surface for your images. A pearl finish gives the print a different presentation from paper with another surface, so it’s worth thinking about how you want the finished image to look before you commit to a roll. The 250gsm weight is another practical point when matching paper to a print job. This is a straightforward option to consider when the work calls for pearl photo paper in a generous roll format.

Working with a wide roll

The 127cm width is useful to have in mind when planning the size and layout of your prints. The roll format suits jobs where you want to work from a continuous length of paper, and the 30m roll gives you a clear quantity to plan around. That can make it easier to estimate how much paper a run of prints may call for, based on your chosen print sizes and layout. Keep the finish and weight in view alongside the dimensions: together, these are the product details to compare when selecting paper for a particular set of photographs. If pearl is the finish you’re looking for and a wide roll is appropriate for your printing work, this Ilford paper brings those choices together in one product.
