Ilford OmniJet Studio Satin Photo RC Paper 200gsm 106,7cm x 30m

Ilford OmniJet Studio Satin Photo RC Paper 200gsm 106,7cm x 30m | Satin photo prints on a wide roll

For satin-finish photo prints made from a roll, the Ilford OmniJet Studio Satin Photo RC Paper gives you a defined format to work with: 200gsm paper, 106.7cm wide and 30m long. It suits printmakers looking for photo paper in a satin finish and a wide roll size, rather than a sheet pack. The name also identifies it as RC paper; the title doesn’t expand on that term, so I’ve kept the description to what’s specified. The practical point is simple: you can judge this paper by its finish, weight and roll dimensions when matching it to a print job. If those are the qualities you’re after, this is a clear, specific option to consider. There’s no guesswork about the stated size or weight.

Choosing this paper

Start with the print you want to make and the paper format your job calls for. This roll is specified as photo paper with a satin surface, so that’s the finish to consider when deciding if it suits your intended print. Its 200gsm weight gives you a concrete figure to compare with other paper options, while the roll format and stated dimensions help you assess whether the size is right for the work at hand. Those details are the useful starting points here; choose it for the satin photo-paper format described, rather than assuming anything about printer compatibility or how it will render a particular image. For a job that calls for this finish and format, the product name gives you the essentials to make that decision.
