Insta360 Connect Extra Long HDMI Cable (98 FT/30 M)

Insta360 Connect Extra Long HDMI Cable (98 FT/30 M) | A 30 m HDMI run for distant setups

When an Insta360 Connect setup needs an HDMI cable run that’s longer than a few metres, this 98 ft (30 m) cable gives you that extra reach. It’s aimed at installations where the equipment and the HDMI connection need to sit far apart, rather than close together on the same desk. The defining detail is the length: 30 metres gives you room to route the cable across a larger space without relying on a short lead. The product is identified as an HDMI cable for Insta360 Connect, so it’s a straightforward option to consider when you’re planning that setup. There’s one practical point to keep in mind: a long cable can be harder to route neatly than a short one. Work out the path and where the cable needs to end before deciding whether this length suits your room.

Planning the cable run

Measure along the route the cable will actually take, including the distance around furniture or along a wall. A straight-line estimate across the room can come up short once you account for the way you want to lay the cable. At 30 m, this is a cable for a deliberately long run; if your connection points are close together, a shorter lead may be easier to manage. If the route is genuinely long, the extra length is the reason to look at this version. Keep the cable path in mind when planning the placement of your Insta360 Connect setup, and allow for the turns and detours the room requires.
